WARRANTY & CONDITION

Our items come from a variety of circumstances, most of which are new in the box or online returns. Some may be opened, used, or damaged. The stock images, titles, and retail prices come directly from the mainstream seller and are representative of the original product. The current condition of each item will be noted and photographed to the best ability of our staff. Each item is listed per their individual UPC label. Review the condition notations listed in our terms for further clarification on the item’s corresponding description. Please pay close attention to the entire listing, as our staff uses various notations to describe the condition of the item; therefore, none of the enclosed items can be guaranteed or warranted. It is the bidder’s responsibility to make themselves aware of all of the provided descriptions and photos. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are sold as is with no warranty. No refunds will be made.

BIDDING

Bidder must be a registered user and in good standing with OLA to place a bid on an item. Neglecting to pay for or pick up items will risk losing good standing. By registering and placing a bid, the bidder agrees to all the terms and conditions. Before placing bids, please take a few seconds to review auction details before submission as Online Liquidation Auction cannot edit or delete bids after they have been submitted. If you are unsure about any of the Terms and Conditions, pricing, or condition notations; OLA urges you not to bid as all sales are final and no refunds are given.

EXTENDED BIDDING

All items will end throughout the day and begin closing at a specified time. We utilize an auto extend feature. Any bid placed at the closing of an item will cause the auction ending to be automatically extended by one minute from the time the bid was placed. This feature gives an online auction more of a “live” auction feel.

FEES & TAX

All purchases will be charged with a $2.00 items fee and 15% auction premium. Corresponding county tax will apply for items that are retrieved via local pick up. For items that are shipped, the tax is subject to change based on the destination.

In states in which OLA does not have a physical presence, we may be required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped if required to do so under state and/or local tax laws.

PAYMENTS

After the day’s bidding has concluded, the credit cards on file will be charged and a “paid in full” receipt will be stored in your profile. The receipt will show all items won from that specific location and date, along with their payment, tax, and delivery information. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Credit cards will automatically be charged at the end of the calendar date. Bidders must have available funds on their credit card and must have a valid card on file to continue bidding. In the event that receipts are unpaid, bidding may be disabled until all payment is fulfilled. Bidders who accumulate unpaid receipts risk permanently losing their items and/or bidding privileges.

CONDITION NOTATION

Open Box, Like New: These items appear to be in generally new condition. The original protective packaging may be missing or damaged, but the item itself can be expected to have minimal to no damage. They generally contain all major components, but may be missing supplementary parts and hardware.

Open Box, Good: These items come from a multitude of circumstances, shelf pulls, overstock, used returns, etc. Because of this, “Open Box, Good” items may have visible issues of varying degrees. An “Open Box, Good” item could be incomplete and has not been tested for functionality.

Open Box, Used: These items may have been previously owned or returned, and show varying degrees of use. These items may be incomplete to various degrees and could have more damages than found upon being inventoried by OLA.

Open Box, Salvage: These items have been bought and returned, and their condition is unknown. While some may be in original packaging, others will have issues with functionality, condition, and completeness. Major components may be missing, and sets may be incomplete. “Open Box, Salvage” items may be defective, salvage and have more issues than found upon initial inspection.

Please read our notations carefully before bidding, as bidding is consenting to this information. Our staff uses these specifications on each item. All sales are final and no refunds will be made.

LOSS OF BIDDING PRIVILEGES

If the bidder’s credit card is declined, receipts are left unpaid or not picked up, or the account is in violation with our Terms & Conditions, bidding may be temporarily or permanently disabled. In addition, OLA reserves the right to turn off bidding privileges. Privileges may be restored at the discretion of OLA.

RECEIPTS

Receipts will be stored in your profile once they are paid in full. Receipts that are unpaid can be found in the ‘Wins’ tab. The receipts will contain all items, payment, pick up, and delivery information. All receipts must be paid in order to pick up items and continue bidding. Unpaid receipts can lead to disabled bidding and/or the forfeiture of items. An email can be sent to Support@OLAuction.com regarding issues finding or understanding a receipt.

PICKING UP ITEMS

OLA asks that customers schedule specific pick up times for items that are eligible for local pick up. Pick up appointments are available in 10 minute increments, and will allow our staff to gather your items and have them promptly available for you upon arrival. Upon arrival, a bidder must present their receipt to confirm the account and identity. If unable to come to the scheduled pickup day/time, it is the bidder’s responsibility to send someone on their behalf with a valid driver’s license and a paid receipt. Item(s) that are not picked up on the scheduled pickup date will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal, resale or donation without refund, unless the winning bidder schedules an alternative pick up date within the appropriate availability. Consistent failure to arrive at your appointment time may result in disabled bidding.

You will be asked to sign your receipt before leaving to verify that your pickup is complete. Please review that you have received all items before doing so. In the event of a missing item, the bidder must notify the staff prior to signing or leaving pick up for further assistance. No missing items will be verifiable and therefore eligible for refund once the bidder has left the premises.

APPOINTMENT ONLY PICKUP

There are specific days that will be shown under the item pickup times and scheduling option as appointment-only. Walk-ins will not be accepted on days that are open for appointment-only, and appointments will not be granted once all time slots have been taken. OLA strongly suggests scheduling a pickup time as soon as your receipt is generated to ensure you reserve an appointment time that works best for you and is within your grace period.

DELIVERY METHODS

OLA offers both local pickup and nationwide shipping depending on the merchandise. Some items will be designated exclusively for local pickup, while others are exclusively shipping and some are interchangeable. All local pickup items will be free to pick up, while items available for shipping may be free or vary in cost. Each item will clearly display the delivery method options before placing a bid, so it is the bidder’s responsibility to make themselves aware of all delivery details before continuing bidding.

For shipping, you will be asked to confirm your address before placing a bid on an item designated exclusively for shipping. In the event shipping is chosen, items will be processed to ship to the default address set at the time of purchase. Once won, a shipped item’s pending, processed, and shipped information can all be found in your “wins” tab.

Items that are picked up locally will be available for scheduling via the ‘Wins’ tab. All items must be paid in full in order to successfully be picked up or shipped. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of funds and/or merchandise.

TAX EXEMPTION

You can send a tax exempt form via email to Support@OLAuction.com. Exemption will only apply to purchases made after the submission of official documentation. If you fail to do so, the tax exemption will not be accepted and you will have to apply to the state for a refund.

RESERVES

Online Liquidation Auction reserves the right to end, delay or extend the length of an item or time of pick-up, for any reason and any time. In addition, any item may be removed from sale at any time. OLA has the right to refuse sale any time before payment is made.
