Condition notations

“New”: These are items that appear to be in a new condition or have never been used previously. These items are not tested for functionality or completeness.

“Open Box – Like New”: These items appear to be in generally new condition. The original protective packaging may be missing or damaged, but the item itself can be expected to have minimal to no damage. They generally contain all major components, but may be missing supplementary parts and hardware.

“Open Box – Good”: These items come from a multitude of circumstances, shelf pulls, overstock, used returns, etc. Because of this, “Open Box – Good” items may have visible issues of varying degrees. An “Open Box- Good” item could be incomplete and has not been tested for functionality.

“Open Box – Used”: These items may have been previously owned or returned, and show varying degrees of use. Signs of use can include, but are not limited to, issues such as scratches, dents, breaks and consistent wear. These items may be incomplete to various degrees and could have more damages than found upon being inventoried by OLA.

“Open Box – Salvage”: These items have been bought and returned, and their condition is unknown. While some may be in original packaging, others will have issues with functionality, condition, and completeness. Major components may be missing, and sets may be incomplete. “Open Box – Salvage” items may be defective, salvage and have more issues than found upon initial inspection.
